Organize Your Panel at SEMIT 2026

We are delighted to invite specialists and scholars to organize and lead a panel session at SEMIT 2026. Your participation as a panel chair will significantly contribute to the richness and diversity of the conference.

Each panel will include the following features:

  1. A minimum of five papers on closely related topics, with no upper limit on the number of additional papers.
  2. While the papers in a panel are usually invited by the panel chair, other submitted papers may also be incorporated when relevant.
  3. A custom-designed poster will be provided to help you promote your panel among your colleagues, students, and professional network, both personally and on social platforms such as LinkedIn and WhatsApp.

Benefits for panel chairs include:

  1. The panel chair may submit one paper free of charge and a second paper at a 50% discount.
  2. The panel chair will receive an official certificate of participation recognizing their contribution as panel chair in SEMIT 2026.
